Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Develop new features following domain-driven and microservices architecture
• Extend features on existing applications
• Help to break up and modernize monolithic applications
• Investigate and resolve defects in mission-critical systems
• Take ownership of the delivery of features through the software development lifecycle
• Monitor continuous build and testing of software changes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software development
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Proficiency in:
  • Java & Spring
  • Creating REST and/or SOAP APIs
  • Git, Maven
• Knowledge of using relational databases and performance
• Professional proficiency in English

Nice to Have

• Proficiency with JavaScript, React, Angular, or other frontend technologies
• Knowledge of non-relational databases, such as Elasticsearch or Mongo
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design, Event Driven, Microservices, and Hexagonal Architectures
• Experience working in a Scrum / Agile environment
• Expertise in DevOps and Continuous Delivery / Deployment
