We’re looking for a Software Engineer with experience in full-stack development and a strong interest in applying AI technologies in real-world products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working across the stack, and is excited to contribute to the growth of a high-impact platform.
You’ll play a key role in implementing and integrating AI capabilities into our core applications, supporting rapid experimentation, and building reliable systems as part of a cross-functional agile team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, production-ready features across our platform, with a focus on integrating AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to ship high-impact features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
- Monitor performance and debug issues using tools like Datadog, Sentry, and Mixpanel.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in deployment, monitoring, and code quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
- 3+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience integrating or working with AI technologies in a production environment.
- Familiarity with tools like LaunchDarkly, Mixpanel, Datadog, Sentry, and/or Iterable.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment and adapting to change.
- Curious, self-motivated, and open to learning new tools and technologies.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent oral and written English is a must.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker and AWS.
- Bonus points for GraphQL API design experience.
- Understanding of audio streaming, STT/TTS models, and Voice to Voice bleeding edge stuff.
