As a Software Engineer, you are a core partner in the product team, shaping not just how we build, but what we build. Your mission is to solve meaningful customer problems, turn ideas into production-ready software, and leverage modern AI-native development practices to amplify your impact as an engineer.

You will join a culture of radical end-to-end ownership, where teams deploy to production dozens of times a day. Leveraging a modern technology stack alongside AI-powered development tools, you will build, experiment, and iterate quickly-turning complex technical challenges into products that deliver real customer value.

Responsibilities

• AI-Native Software Development: Leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows as part of your daily development process to accelerate implementation, improve code quality, automate repetitive work, and explore technical solutions faster-while applying strong engineering judgment every step of the way.
• Builder Mentality: Take ideas, challenge assumptions, build prototypes when needed, iterate quickly, and turn ambiguous problems into elegant, production-ready solutions.
• End-to-End Ownership: Own your features from idea to production. You build it, you ship it, you monitor it, and continuously improve it-taking full ownership of both customer impact and technical quality.
• Product Partnership: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers throughout discovery and delivery. Your technical insights will help shape product decisions before a single line of code is written.

Requirements

Must Haves

• 5+ years of software development experience building production-grade software.
• Strong experience with modern backend and/or frontend technologies in large-scale production environments.
• Proven track record of owning features or services from design through production.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) as part of your daily engineering workflow.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
