  • Build, maintain, and optimize data processing pipelines using AWS services such as S3 and Lambda
  • Design and implement AI-powered product features, including LLM-based services, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows
  • Evaluate and apply generative AI tooling such as LLM APIs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks to improve the product capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Contribute to software architecture, technical design, and technology-selection decisions
  • Write clean, maintainable, Production-grade code in an Agile development environment
  • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, source control, and CI/CD practices
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud-based systems

  • Experience in working with AWS and services such as S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and OpenSearch
  • Practical experience with AI/LLM engineering, including LLM APIs, prompt/context engineering, RAG pipelines, vector stores, or agent orchestration frameworks
  • Strong skills in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with both front-end and back-end technologies and frameworks
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work with distributed teams, including North American stakeholders
  • Self-motivation, task-orientation, and ability to resolve issues promptly to meet business deadlines
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fine-tuning or evaluating LLMs
  • Experience in building Production-grade agentic systems
  • Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-calling/agent standards
  • Skills with AI observability tools such as Langfuse or Phoenix
  • Knowledge of LLMOps practices and tooling
  • Experience in energy, SaaS, or data analytics domains
