Software Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team at TMC in Milano, Italië. You will be involved in the design and development of software applications, from requirement analysis to implementation in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions
• Continuously improve system performance and reliability

Requirements

• M. sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education
• 1–3 years of experience in software development
• Proven experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#)
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Fluent in English and Italian

We Offer

• A permanent contract
• A gross annual salary (Bruto Jaarsalaris – RAL) of at least €31,000, in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Trade – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services
• A competitive compensation package including a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance
