Software Engineer at Sii Polska

We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience in Blue Prism and RPA solutions to join our team in Białystok, Poland. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise with close collaboration with business stakeholders and want to make a tangible impact on process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing business process automations using Blue Prism
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Managing and progressing work items through Azure DevOps while supporting the delivery lifecycle of RPA solutions
• Creating and maintaining Power BI reports to monitor robot performance, execution volumes, and automation effectiveness
• Deploying and supporting automation solutions in production, ensuring their stability and successful operation
• Investigating and resolving incidents while adapting automations to changes in source systems

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing and developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism
• Experience working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and supporting or conducting UAT activities
• Understanding of the full automation lifecycle, from design and implementation to production support and maintenance
• Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with release management processes in an enterprise environment
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting and monitoring the performance of automation solutions
• Very good command of English and Polish, enabling effective communication in an international environment
• Residence in Poland

Salary

• 6000-8000 PLN/hour
