About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with Anthropic Claude expertise to drive enterprise-wide agentic transformation initiatives. As an AI-native engineer, you will align strategy, lead process reimagination, and ensure measurable business impact. The main focus will be on process discovery, ideation, and process re-engineering to drive agentic adoption and productivity success metrics.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-wide agentic transformation initiatives across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive agentic workflows
- Lead strategic alignment and readiness assessments across departments
- Define KPIs and business objectives for agentic workflows
- Drive process redesign using design thinking and agentic capabilities
- Lead change management and adoption campaigns
- Quantify and scale value realization across the enterprise
- Apply a full-stack perspective, including React, to support development efforts
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in software engineering
- 5+ years in transformation leadership or enterprise consulting
- Proficiency in Java and understanding of AI frameworks
- Skills in full-stack development using Angular or React
- Expertise in AI frameworks, LLMs, and intelligent automation
- Background in change management
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence
