About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer to join our innovative team at ABsmartly. With our user-friendly interface, rapid deployment capabilities, and advanced interaction detection, managing hundreds to thousands of experiments becomes effortless.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing functionality testing for all areas of our product.
- Responsible for designing test plans for new features and regression test cases.
- Work on project management, risk management, and process management tasks.
- Support implementing test tools and collaborate with the team to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive.
- Track defects and manage bugs during the whole software development cycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Expert level with Python
- Be autonomous and motivated
- Appreciate the skill of building automated solutions and scaling your impact via lean practices.
- Care about business impact and prioritize projects, being pragmatic and business oriented.
- To communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
- Practical experience with GIT or other version control systems.
- Practical experience with Jenkins/Github or other CI/CD platforms.
- Proven ability to multitask, excellent decision-making, prioritization, and organization skills.
