Software Test Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our R&D team in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will be involved in the design and implementation of the overall testing strategy of complex industrial systems to guarantee quality, functionality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Define testing strategy and test cases
• Execute testing activities in accordance with agreed schedules and project deadlines
• Establishes priorities and report on risks
• Analyze results and produce technical reports

Requirements

• M. Sc in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an R&D environment
• Knowledge in Software testing
• Knowledge in SQL
• Knowledge in IP networking
• Knowledge in Android and/or iOS would be a plus
• Good command of Italian and English language
• Availability to travel and relocate for medium to long periods is a plus
• Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC

We Offer

• Permanent employment contract
• Base gross annual salary of no less than €33,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services
• Competitive compensation package, including a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance
