Solution Architect

About the Position

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping technology solutions for medical affairs and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative architectures. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a passion for leveraging and related platforms to drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural review and guidance for medical affairs solutions, with a focus on low-code and no-code platforms
• Advise on multi-channel orchestration strategies for medical affairs, including CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, web, and webinar platforms, to ensure seamless workflows
• Review and recommend best practices for consent management related to medical data and communications
• Evaluate and guide the architecture of data platforms, reporting tools, and natural language processing (NLP) services
• Advise on integration and architectural approaches for Veeva CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Conduct external SaaS architecture reviews to ensure compliance, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in solution architecture or related roles
• At least 2 years in a leadership, management, owner, architect, or coordinator position
• Experience leading a team of at least 5 members for a minimum of one year
• Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or involvement in multiple projects covering various phases of the development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Veeva Vault CRM
• Excellent English communication skills at C1 level or higher, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics
• Familiarity with Cortex AI and NLP services for advanced data processing
• Knowledge of Power BI for business intelligence and reporting
• Experience with Veeva MedComms and Veeva PromoMats, as well as other Salesforce modules
• Skills in API management and conducting external SaaS architecture reviews
• Background in medical affairs, healthcare, or life sciences to provide industry-specific insights
• Strong advisory and analytical skills for solution evaluation and stakeholder engagement
