About the Position
We are looking for a Solution Architect (Blockchain) to join our team in Poland or Georgia. This role involves designing distributed systems, integrating AI models into blockchain ecosystems, and collaborating with various teams across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed and high-load systems using architectural patterns such as Microservices, Event-Driven, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Develop and integrate blockchain solutions with strong knowledge in EVM, Cosmos SDK, Substrate, Polygon CDK, Solana, and Hyperledger.
- Participate in smart contract design and integration, understanding ERC-20, 721, 1155, 4626, 4907, and 4337 standards.
- Ensure Web3 security principles are followed, including smart contract audits and best practices.
- Create Solution Vision, Roadmaps, estimates, and architectural presentations for clients during presale/discovery phases.
- Integrate AI models and LLMs (LangChain, OpenAI, LLaMA) into blockchain ecosystems for compliance and automation.
- Develop and integrate data availability/off-chain storage solutions (StorJ, Filecoin, Arweave, Greenfield).
- Understand and build DeFi, NFT, or RWA platforms.
- Experience with DEX, Lending, Staking, or DAO solutions will be an advantage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect / Lead Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, and Python.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure and DevOps practices: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Experience collaborating with development, analytics, QA, and DevOps teams across all stages of the SDLC.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to justify architectural decisions and explain them to business stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of blockchain architecture and protocols.
- Understanding of Web3 security principles (smart contract audits, best practices, Slither, MythX, OpenZeppelin).
- Experience in presale/discovery phases: creating Solution Vision, Roadmaps, estimates, and architectural presentations for clients.
- Understanding of integrating AI models and LLMs (LangChain, OpenAI, LLaMA) into blockchain ecosystems for compliance and automation.
- Experience developing and integrating data availability/off-chain storage solutions (StorJ, Filecoin, Arweave, Greenfield).
- Understanding of building DeFi, NFT, or RWA platforms.
- Experience with DEX, Lending, Staking, or DAO solutions will be an advantage.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience in architectural design of multichain and cross-chain systems (L1–L2 interoperability, zk-rollups, optimistic rollups).
- Experience building and integrating solutions for Account Abstraction (AA wallets), L1/L2 chains, ZK rollups, bridge systems, oracle integrations, custody/KYC/AML modules.
