We're looking for a Solution Architect to design modern data platforms and act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients. This role is split evenly between hands-on delivery on client projects and presales activities, including shaping solutions, defining architecture strategies, scoping offers, preparing proposals, and helping win new business opportunities in the Data, Analytics, and AI space.

The Solution Architect combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable, innovative, and business-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Data & Analytics architectures aligned with client business objectives and technology strategies.
• Lead solution discovery workshops and architecture sessions with client stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Architect modern cloud-based data platforms, analytical ecosystems, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Define architecture blueprints covering data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, security, analytics, and reporting.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients by providing guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Consultants, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to delivery teams during implementation.
• Support project delivery by resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring architectural consistency.
• Establish and promote standards, best practices, reusable assets, and reference architectures.
• Design and recommend modern architecture patterns including lakehouse, data mesh, and cloud-native approaches.
• Participate in presales engagements, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposal creation.
• Support RFI and RFP responses with architecture design, technical recommendations, and delivery approaches.
• Present proposed solutions to technical and business audiences ranging from project teams to executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to capability development, mentoring initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and Competency Center growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, or related consulting roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platform solutions.
• Hands-on expertise across at least two Data & Analytics platforms, including Databricks.
• Databricks Professional Certification.
• Strong experience designing modern cloud data platforms and analytics ecosystems.
• Excellent understanding of data architecture, data integration, data modeling, and governance principles.
• Experience designing lakehouse architectures and scalable data processing solutions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience working with Databricks, Delta Lake, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of data transformation frameworks such as dbt or similar ELT tools.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Databricks Architect Champion designation.
• Cloud Architect certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or other modern analytics platforms.
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of data mesh and modern data architecture methodologies.
• GenAI, Machine Learning, or AI solution design experience.
• Presales experience including proposal writing, solution estimation, and offer development.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
