Step into a high-impact role driving digital transformation across the construction industry with Trimble Construction One. You will partner with strategic enterprise clients to discover needs, architect end-to-end system workflows, and turn complex business challenges into seamless digital solutions. As a trusted advisor, mentor, and product liaison, your expertise will shape the vision of modern construction technology and directly influence how our global customers build.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to guide new product introductions.
• Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to innovate delivery methodologies and refine internal consulting environments.
• Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and establish long-term digital strategies.
• Resolve complex architectural escalations while driving continuous process improvements across client engagements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience integrating, implementing and/or supporting Trimble App Xchange.
• 5+ years of professional consulting or product/project management experience specifically within the construction industry.
• Working knowledge of or experience with other Trimble softwares, such as Vista/Spectrum ERP, ProjectSight, B2W Estimating and Operational Suite, Tekla PowerFab, etc.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and driving multi-project engagements.
• Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Nice to Have

• Experience utilizing Professional Services Automation tools such as Kantata.
• PMP certification or formal background in instructional design and technical consulting.
