About the Position
Our client is one of the military units of Ukraine. The team is looking for a Solutions Architect / Tech Lead who will help transform logistics data into real-world solutions for command on the front lines.
Responsibilities
- This is a role for an experienced engineer who defines the technical architecture of the platform and leads the development team;
- You will work with distributed systems, as well as mobile and backend solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in designing complex distributed systems;
- Architecture of event-driven systems;
- Experience with Cloud / Kubernetes;
- Technical team leadership skills;
- Proficiency in code review within an AI-assisted development environment, with a focus on quality and efficiency standards;
- Systems thinking;
- Ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty;
- Strong communication skills for interacting with military and product teams.
