About the Position
We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Service Desk Networking professional for our team in Barcelona, Spain. Ensure smooth operation and security of communication networks.
Responsibilities
As a Service Desk Systems in our team, you will:
- Ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for users, such as staff, clients, customers, and suppliers
- Install, maintain, and support our LAN, MAN, and WAN networks
- Maintain and support security devices such as firewalls and proxies
- Ensure the security of our private networks.
Requirements
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in Spanish and fluent in English
- Have advanced level on switches and routers configuration
- Have Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification
It will be a plus if you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Benefits
- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 18:00, Friday 9:00 – 17:00
