Your Role as Information Specialist Informatiebeveiliging at Quality

How will you help our clients optimize their information security?

As a Specialist Informatiebeveiliging, you will assist our clients in improving and safeguarding their information security. You will develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and measures that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.

You will translate policies and regulations into concrete measures within the organization. You will be a key contact for information security issues and connect the business, IT, and other stakeholders.

A glimpse into your daily tasks

In your role, you will directly contribute to the success of our clients. Your tasks include:

• Translating the vision and information security policy into concrete and actionable measures.
• Policy and governance: Developing, implementing, and updating security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Guiding security awareness programs to keep employees aware of cyber threats and their responsibilities.
• Managing compliance processes such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and DORA to ensure organizations meet relevant standards and legislation.
• Procedures and assurance: Implementing practical procedures and ensuring compliance within the organization.
• Risk management: Conducting periodic risk assessments, identifying risks, and planning appropriate mitigating measures.
• Incident management: Coordinating the response to security incidents, analyzing causes, and advising on measures to prevent recurrence.
• Compliance and audits: Contributing to compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001, and preparing, guiding, and following up on audits.

Requirements

What you bring

You are a driven Specialist Informatiebeveiliging who loves challenges and responsibility. You know how to analyze complex information security issues and translate them into practical solutions. You are ready for the next step in your development.

You also have:

• At least five years of experience as an Information Security Officer, Specialist Informatiebeveiliging, or in a similar senior security role.
• HBO/WO work and thinking level.
• Experience with both tactical and operational information security issues.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures.
• Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Experience with risk assessments, risk management, and incident management.
• Thorough knowledge of information security principles.
• Knowledge of one or more information security standards and regulatory frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and the Cyber Resilience Act.
• A certification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or CEH, or the willingness to obtain one of these certifications.
• Knowledge of security governance and risk management.

• A permanent contract for at least 36 hours per week.
• A good salary, aligned with your knowledge and experience, between € 4.000 and € 6.000.
