About the Position

Specjalista ds. IT (k/m)

We are seeking a Specialist for IT to maintain and ensure the continuity of IT systems in our organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Continuity: Ensure the continuous operation of IT systems used in the organization.
• System Administration: Administer and provide ongoing support for business systems, including the CRM system.
• Problem Resolution: Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues related to applications, services, and databases.
• SQL Query Development: Create, develop, and optimize SQL queries and analyze data collected in systems.
• Script Development: Prepare and modify Bash scripts to support the automation of administrative, maintenance, and diagnostic processes.
• User Collaboration: Work with business users on reported needs, errors, and functional changes.
• System Implementation: Participate in the implementation of new solutions and the development of existing systems.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education degree.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of Linux systems and proficiency in terminal environments.
  • Practical ability to write and modify Bash scripts for automating diagnostic or maintenance tasks.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) - ability to create queries, modify data.
  • Ability to create SQL queries, analyze data, and perform data modification operations using transactions.
  • Experience with IT systems and databases.
  • Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Languages: Knowledge of Perl, Python.
