About the Position

We are seeking a Specialist for Claims Handling (claims processing) to join our team in Katowice, ensuring efficient and effective claims management.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing documentation related to claims
• Collaborating with other departments
• Preparing responses to claims in accordance with applicable procedures and deadlines
• Monitoring the progress of claims processes and ensuring timely completion of notifications
• Participating in activities aimed at improving service quality and reducing the number of claims

Requirements

• Experience in customer service
• Ability to build interpersonal relationships
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Good work organization
• Ability to work in a team
• Experience in claims handling/claims processing
• Higher education in law or administration is welcome
