Description

We are looking for a Specialist for Direct Communication Execution to join our team in Warsaw. The role focuses on marketing campaigns using SQL.

Responsibilities

• Selekcja i przygotowanie grup docelowych: Selection and preparation of target groups for direct marketing campaigns using SQL.
• Tworzenie i testowanie komunikacji marketingowej: Creation, configuration, and testing of marketing communications in dedicated customer contact channels.
• Analiza potencjału baz danych: Analysis of database potential and identification of recipient groups based on business assumptions using SQL.
• Monitorowanie kampanii: Monitoring the progress and effectiveness of implemented marketing campaigns.
• Współpraca z jednostkami biznesowymi: Close cooperation with business units in planning, preparing, and implementing marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Dobra znajomość języka SQL: Good knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Pakiet Microsoft Office: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Zdolności analityczne: Developed analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
• Organizacja pracy: Very good organization of own work, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Komunikatywność: Communicativeness and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Nice to Have

• Obycie w hurtowniach danych Oracle: Familiarity with Oracle data warehouses.
• Znajomość JIRA, Confluence: Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
