Location: Warszawa, Poland

We are seeking a Specialist for Settlements and Analyses to join our team in Warsaw, focusing on business analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Participation in internal projects and preparation of analyses for subject departments for the purpose of evaluating or conducting business projects.
• Internal reporting and analytical tasks related to the implementation of current work, including analysis of the performance of cost models and verification of databases.
• Recommendation and implementation of process changes based on the analyses performed.
• Changes in applications and analytical models aimed at automating and reducing repetitive tasks.
• Completing databases or supervising subject areas responsible for their completion.
• Verification, preparation, and acceptance of cost documents in the system in accordance with internal requirements. Analysis of specifications along with analysis of deviations and correctness of applied calculations for large datasets.
• Preliminary preparation of financial data for business partners and for budget forecasting.
• Preparation of reports and payment orders based on formal-legal documents.
• Making complaints about non-compliant documents to the supplier.
• Ongoing cooperation with accounting and subject clients.
• Participation in the month-end closing process.
• Analysis of formal-legal documents and their registration in the system.
• Acting to identify document deficiencies in the organization.

Requirements

• Relevant education (finance/accounting/economics/banking/computer science).
• At least 2 years of experience in the settlements, analysis, financial, or related departments.
• Ability to work efficiently with a large number of cost documents and large datasets.
• Very good analytical skills.
• Very good computer skills (knowledge of Power BI, MS Excel, especially search and comparison data formulas, pivot tables, PowerPoint, file formatting).
• Creating automation in Python using libraries (e.g., xlwings, pdfplumber, openpyxl).
• Ability to report on work progress, accuracy in performing duties, and the ability to eliminate errors.
• Presentation skills (creating and conducting presentations).
• Knowledge of the MS Teams environment, ability to create teams, and work on a shared resource.
• Systematic, independent, and ability to organize one's own work.
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team.
• Positive attitude.
• Knowledge of SAP, CRM (e.g., Clarify), and basic knowledge of telecommunications services is welcome.

3. Personal data will be processed for:

• in the case of employment under an employment contract - to conduct and resolve the recruitment process with your participation based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with the provisions of the law, in particular labor law;
• in the case of your separate consent - for the purpose indicated in the consent, based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent expressed in this way is voluntary, and the consent thus expressed can be withdrawn at any time (which does not affect the legality of actions taken before its withdrawal);
• for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation, or defense against claims, based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR, where the legally justified interests pursued by the administrator, then the conduct and resolution of the recruitment process.

1. Personal data may be made available to data recipients entitled under separate provisions, entities cooperating with the Administrator, entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, and companies belonging to the Polsat Plus Capital Group.
2. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
3. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose:

• i.e., conducting the recruitment process,
• when you have given consent to participate in future recruitments for a period of 2 years from the submission of the application or until the consent is withdrawn,
• possible establishment, investigation, or defense against claims. After the purpose of processing is achieved, the data will be deleted.

1. The data subject has the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal;
• request access to personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, if technically feasible;
• object to processing for reasons relating to their particular situation;
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.

1. In the case of employment under an employment contract - providing data to the extent specified by labor law regulations is required by these regulations. Failure to provide this data will result in the inability to consider your candidacy.
2. Data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, or subject to automated decision-making.
