Description of the Role

We are seeking a Specialist for Contracts on a temporary contract to manage legal updates and negotiations for technical property in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for updating the legal status of maintained technical properties due to the expiration of contracts and current ownership changes or arising from contract provisions.
• Applies for the issuance of administrative decisions for the location of telecommunications networks in road lanes.
• Verifies contracts, verifies the status of locations and their financial parameters within the organization, negotiates with the supplier according to received guidelines, prepares required formal-legal documents.
• Responsible for agreeing on documents within the organization and obtaining signatures.
• Handles ongoing formal-legal correspondence for the technical objects contracts base.
• Supports and implements project tasks in accordance with the Group's strategy.
• Reports and performs analytical tasks related to the implementation of ongoing work, including cross-analysis between databases/consecutive stages of processes.
• Prepares data for budget forecasting and takes necessary actions to obtain its acceptance.
• Controls ex post execution of plans, prepares deviation analyses.
• Enters data into databases (lotus, exel, web databases).
• Supports the Group's technical teams to ensure the trouble-free operation of telecommunications networks.

Our Expectations

• Higher education (law/administration/economics/banking and related).
• General knowledge of the Civil Code.
• At least 1 year of experience in the analysis, administration, or related department.
• Experience in negotiating and updating lease and tenancy agreements is welcome.
• Very good computer skills (knowledge of Word, MS Excel).
• Analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions and present them.
• Ability to report on work progress, precision, and error elimination skills.
• Knowledge of CRM (e.g., Clarify) and SAP is welcome.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications market or real estate market will be an additional asset.
• Systematicity, independence, ability to organize one's work, timeliness.
• Very good communication, negotiation, teamwork, and positive attitude skills.

KLAUZULA INFORMACYJNA

1. The personal data administrator is Netia S.A. with its seat in Warsaw at ul. Poleczki 13, hereinafter "Netia S.A.".
2. The administrator has appointed a data protection inspector, with whom you can contact at: [email protected] or by sending written correspondence to the administrator's seat address.
3. Personal data will be processed for:

• in the case of employment under an employment contract - to conduct and resolve the recruitment process with your participation based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with legal provisions, in particular labor law;
• in the case of your separate consent - for the purpose indicated in the consent, based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent in this case is voluntary, and the consent given can be revoked at any time (without affecting the legality of actions taken before its withdrawal);
• for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation, or defense against claims, based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, where the legally justified interests pursued by the administrator, then conducting and resolving the recruitment process.

1. Personal data may be disclosed to data recipients entitled under separate provisions, entities cooperating with the Administrator, entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, and companies belonging to the Polsat Plus Capital Group.
2. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
3. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose:

• i.e., conducting the recruitment process,
• when you have given consent to participate in future recruitments for a period of 2 years from the submission of the application or until the consent is withdrawn,
• possible establishment, investigation, or defense against claims. After the purpose of processing ceases, the data will be deleted.

1. The data subject has the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal;
• request access to personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, and the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format if such transmission is technically feasible;
• object to their processing due to their special situation;
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.

1. In the case of employment under an employment contract - providing data within the scope specified by labor law provisions is required by these provisions. Failure to provide this data will result in the inability to consider your candidacy.
2. Data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, or subject to automated decision-making.
