Responsibilities

• Professional Customer Service: Provide expert customer service for Plus and Polsat Box in a modern sales point.
• Active Sales: Actively sell and promote the full range of products offered to customers at the sales point.
• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets (both qualitative and quantitative).
• Customer Care: Ensure the highest level of customer service based on current standards.
• Customer Contact: Actively engage with customers via phone who have our services.
• Continuous Learning: Regularly update and expand knowledge and skills.
• Store Management: Ensure the proper functioning and image of the store.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum secondary education.
• Experience: At least one year of experience in sales of services (junior positions available for those without experience).
• Initiative: Engage in achieving goals and desire for success.
• Teamwork: Proactive and willing to collaborate in a team.
