We are seeking a Retail Banking Specialist to join our team in Bytom, Poland, focusing on providing comprehensive client services and innovative financial solutions.

About the Team

The Retail Banking Network of ING Bank Śląskiego is one of the areas of the bank's activity, which focuses on providing comprehensive client services and offering them innovative financial solutions. Specialists in our bank branches help with issues related to everyday banking, savings, and investment, as well as mortgages. Our teams consist of passionate and committed specialists who care about building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Ensure the highest quality of service for individual clients
Build long-term relationships with clients by actively matching product offerings to current and future client needs
Have an individual approach to each client's needs
Support and educate clients in using modern tools and internet and mobile banking
Achieve team sales targets for everyday banking products

Requirements

Experience in client work and/or sales
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships in personal contact
Characterized by responsibility, initiative, independence, and consistency in action
Open to teamwork
Communicative proficiency in English
Proficiency in Polish at least at the B2 level
Higher education, preferably in economic fields
