About the Position
We are seeking a Specialist for HR and Payroll with experience in managing employee documentation and benefits. Join our team in Szczecin, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Prowadzenie pełnej dokumentacji kadrowo-płacowej pracowników (umowy, akta osobowe, zwolnienia lekarskie, urlopy)
- Naliczanie wynagrodzeń i rozliczanie składek ZUS/podatków
- Rozliczanie świadczeń pracowniczych, w tym zasiłków chorobowych
- Prowadzenie ewidencji czasu pracy
- Udzielanie informacji pracownikom firmy w zakresie prawa pracy, urlopów, wynagrodzenia
- Współpraca z działem księgowości
- Tworzenie raportów oraz zestawień kadrowo-płacowych
Requirements
- Wykształcenie minimum średnie
- Kurs z zakresu kadr i płac
- Minimum rok doświadczenia na samodzielnym stanowisku kadr i płac
- Znajomość kodeksu pracy, przepisów o ubezpieczeniach społecznych i podatku dochodowego
- Znajomość programów takich jak Płatnik, Symfonia oraz pakietu MS Office
- Komunikatywność, która umożliwia efektywną współpracę w zespole i z pracownikami
- Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej- samodyscyplina i punktualność
- Empatyczność oraz asertywność w kontekście rozwiązywania problemów
