Specjalista/ka ds. rekrutacji (mid / senior)

About the Position

We are looking for a mid/senior recruitment specialist to join our dynamic team in Wrocław, Poland. Gain experience in diverse recruitment projects and work with top international companies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recruitment orders received - our Business Development team values the quality of orders :)
• Agree on the details of order execution with Clients
• Publish advertisements on our website, external portals, and communicate them on social media
• Analyze the database and market, actively search to reach the best Candidates
• Verify Candidate competencies through telephone interviews, video calls, or face-to-face meetings
• Create recommendations for the best Candidates according to our standards
• Maintain ongoing contact with Clients and Candidates participating in recruitment processes - we care about communication :)
• Enter project and Candidate data into the CRM system and reporting
• Participate in internal company projects
• Daily cooperation with your team and the Recruitment Leader - we play as a team ;)
• Support for junior employees

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment / HR - we prefer 2 years
• Knowledge of English or another foreign language - ideally level B2
• Experience in client contacts
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Teamwork, acquiring new skills, and achieving set goals
• Independence and initiative in performing assigned tasks
• Positive attitude!
