About the Position

We are seeking a Specialist for ERP system implementations to join our passionate team in Radom, focusing on client needs analysis and system deployment.

Responsibilities

Analyze client needs regarding implemented solutions
Develop implementation documentation according to the company's methodology
Train users on system operation
Provide client support post-implementation
Collaborate closely with the development team
Participate in the development of IT applications/systems

Requirements

Proficient computer skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience in client interactions
Ability to work in a team and under time pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, improve competencies, and share knowledge and experience

Nice to Have

Experience with ERP, WMS systems
Understanding of business operations
Analytical skills
Basic accounting and accounting systems knowledge
SQL language proficiency
