About the Position

Specjalista/Specjalistka ds. Wsparcia Sprzedaży (IT) - Wrocław

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist (IT) to join our team in Wrocław. The person in this role will be responsible for preparing commercial offers, coordinating sales processes, and collaborating with producers and suppliers.

On-site position in Wrocław.

Responsibilities

• Preparing commercial offers and calculation forms based on customer inquiries
• Obtaining quotations and collaborating with manufacturers, suppliers, and trade partners
• Handling orders and coordinating logistics and deliveries
• Managing sales and purchase documentation, including issuing invoices and controlling document flow
• Managing and updating sales data in Salesforce and manufacturer portals
• Providing ongoing customer support and assisting the sales team in daily activities
• Participating in preparing bids for tender procedures and managing smaller projects
• Collaborating with sales, technical, and marketing departments and standing in for Key Account Managers during their absence

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role in sales support, sales administration, or back office
• Knowledge of the IT industry - experience with an integrator, manufacturer, or distributor is a significant advantage
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to build relationships with suppliers and conduct negotiations
• Fluent in English
• Valid driver's license category B
