About the Position

Speech and Language Therapist

Cpl UK Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Speech and Language Therapist to join a school-based service in Hampshire, working within a paediatric setting. This role involves supporting children and young people with speech, language, and communication needs within an educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a paediatric caseload within a school-based setting
• Complete speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Provide strategies to support communication and classroom participation
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Experience working within paediatric speech and language therapy
• Ability to work independently within educational settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Salary

Up to £47k per year
