Speech and Language Therapist

About the Position

We are seeking a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in West London, working with children and young people with autism.

Responsibilities

• Manage a paediatric caseload of children and young people with autism
• Complete speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Provide strategies to support communication and social interaction
• Contribute to EHCPs and education-based outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Experience working within paediatric speech and language therapy, ideally with autism
• Knowledge of communication needs and autism spectrum conditions
• Ability to work independently across educational settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
