About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sr AWS Developer (Amazon Connect) to join our cloud contact center team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Amazon DynamoDB, and will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing our cloud-based customer service infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues in AWS Lambda functions integrated with Amazon Connect workflows.
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline for seamless deployment and rollback.
Manage and query Amazon DynamoDB tables for real-time data access and updates.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth releases and incident resolution.
Implement logging and alerting using CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely resolution to production incidents.
Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

Strong experience with Amazon Connect and its integration with AWS services.
Proficiency in AWS Lambda (Node.js is preferred).
Experience with AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
Hands-on knowledge of Amazon DynamoDB, including table design and querying.
Familiarity with CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
