In the role of Senior Commercial Analyst for Glovo Ukraine, you will play a key role in achieving our Revenue Business Plan and driving the overall commercial performance of the country. Your main focus will be unlocking growth opportunities through data-driven commercial insights. You will help shape the Commercial strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Commercial, as well as cross-functional stakeholders from Headquarters and the local Ukrainian team, to improve performance and maximize value for our partners.

Responsibilities

Core Focus Areas

Partner Ads & Promotions Strategy

Lead the strategy for Partner Ads and Promotions, including development of sales pipelines and conversion funnels.
Improve processes, reporting, and tooling to maximize commercial efficiency and campaign performance.

Data & Reporting

Consolidate, optimize, and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports used to track key KPIs and partner investments in Ads products.
Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership teams for strategic decision-making.

Commercial Project Support

Support the Commercial team with data-driven projects such as Business Planning, partner P&L analysis, Account Manager portfolio management, forecasting, and target setting.

Product Enablement

Develop clear playbooks and materials that communicate the value proposition of new Ads products and commercial solutions.
Ensure high relevance and conversion across different advertiser and partner segments.

Team & Growth

Collaborate actively with colleagues across departments and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented, and high-performance environment.

Requirements

Strong interest in tech, platform businesses, e-commerce, and last-mile logistics
Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, analytics, or another fast-paced business environment
Proven experience solving complex business problems through structured analytical thinking
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights
Track record of translating recommendations into measurable business results
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently prioritize tasks
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely
Proactive mindset with ownership mentality and continuous improvement approach
Intermediate SQL skills and proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides) preferred
Fluent English required; Ukrainian preferred
