Job Summary:

Responsible for managing supplier quality and claims after SOP, ensuring production continuity, and driving problem-solving with cross-functional teams.负责SOP后供应商质量管理和索赔处理，确保生产连续性，并推动跨部门问题解决。

Responsibilities

• Manage quality claims with suppliers for BBM purchasing parts after SOP.
• Ensure short-term delivery solutions to maintain production and customer schedules during claim-related disruptions.
• Drive sustainable problem-solving initiatives using appropriate quality methods, and lead quality discussions with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams.
• Achieve reimbursement of quality-related non-conformity costs caused by supplier deviations.
• Develop and implement effective incoming inspection strategies to ensure consistent quality assurance.
• Monitor key quality performance, conduct escalations when necessary.
• Leverage lessons learned to drive preventive measures and push for their implementation in new projects.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majored in science or engineering理工科类专业，本科以上学历
• Work Experience: More than 3 years’ experience with quality management or supplier quality in Automotive industry三年以上汽车行业质量管理或者供应商管理的经验
• Skills:
  • Proficient in 1 or more structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Knowledge of quality core tools.
  • Knowledge of technical drawing and GD&T.
