We have an opportunity for you, we are looking for a Sr Product Manager for the Engagement squad within the Growth team.

Responsibilities

• Vision and Strategy: Design the strategy for discovering and entering Quick Commerce to scale multiple categories.
• Discovery and Experimentation: Lead user research, funnel analysis, and A/B testing to adapt the experience to different purchasing dynamics.
• Roadmap and Impact: Prioritize high-impact initiatives aligning business objectives, user experience, and technical feasibility.
• Cross-functional Leadership and Stakeholders: Coordinate multidisciplinary squads (UX, Tech, Data, Ops) and align expectations with regional executive leaders.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager in digital products.
• Mastery of Product Discovery, Data Fluency, and decision-making based on conversion and engagement metrics.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
• Advanced English (oral and written).
