About the Position
Occam Solutions is looking for a Senior Service Desk Technician in Fort Liberty, North Carolina. The Senior Service Desk Technician will provide expert support for desktop, laptop, and mobile issues in a large enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Interface directly with end-users to resolve hardware, software, network, and application problems.
- Provide VIP level support to USSOCOM executive level users and their staff.
- Troubleshoot, research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues via telephone.
- Document, track, resolve, and report on problems using the Remedy Action Request database system.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot server, network, system, and application issues.
- Proficient with Dameware, RDP, and Terminal Services.
- Perform incident management functions, including incident trending and prioritization.
Requirements
- Five Years relevant IT/Service Desk Experience.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification.
- Ability to maintain DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification via continuing education or recertification.
- Current Secret clearance.
Nice to Have
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
- Special Operations Force experience.
- TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
