About the Position
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with expertise in Python, React, and AI/LLM-based applications for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React
- Implement AI/LLM-based applications
- Integrate with RAG, AI Agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Develop and maintain APIs integrating with REST APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git and modern development practices
Requirements
- Strong backend development experience using Python and React
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
- Experience in designing and implementing AI/LLM-based applications
- Hands-on experience with RAG, AI Agents, and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience developing APIs integrating with REST APIs
- Familiarity with Git and modern development practices
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with FastAPI framework
