Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and flexible microservices, maintaining high standards of code quality.
• Prioritize requirements and make decisions that balance quality and delivery time.
• Communicate progress and challenges clearly and transparently to stakeholders.
• Analyze complex problems and propose solutions based on data and facts.
• Actively collaborate in the team, fostering an environment of cooperation and consensus-seeking.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Golang.
• Experience in high-availability distributed services under a microservices architecture.
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Ability to propose and implement new features and improvements.
• Mindset oriented towards the scalability, availability, and maintainability of platforms.
