About Our Product & Tech Department
Our mission is to digitize the classic shopping stroll, turning it into a personalized, inspiring experience for every customer. Technology and data sit at the center of everything we build. We are not a fashion company with a tech team on the side. Tech drives our product, our strategy, and our growth.
Our proprietary tech stack powers our own shops and SCAYLE, our commerce infrastructure solution that serves over 350 brands globally. Same foundation, bigger stage. The challenges keep things interesting.
What To Expect

- Contribute to architectural decisions and set coding standards for the team
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and other teams (Backend and Web) in a cross-stack environment

- Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack
Who You Are
- 4+ years of programming experience, including at least a year of app development. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus, but we prioritize skill
- Expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter. You're experienced with CI/CD (e.g., fastlane, GitHub Actions) and unit and golden tests. You also have a strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling
- Strong ownership, self-drive, and leadership skills. You are a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have
- Mobile native experience (iOS and/or Android) or mobile automated testing
- Experience with gRPC, Firebase, and monitoring tools like Sentry or DataDog
- Figma knowledge and open-source experience
