About the Position

SpinPart is looking for an intern to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month period in Paris, France. This role focuses on recruitment and employer branding.

Responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Recruitment Management: From gathering needs to sourcing, HR interviews, coordinating with managers, advising on hiring decisions, and making hiring proposals.
• Onboarding & Integration: Preparing administrative files, welcoming new hires, and closely following their first months at the company.
• Partnership Management: Monitoring and optimizing our relationships with job boards and recruitment platforms.

Employer Branding:

• HR Communication: Promoting the company's life and HR topics on social media, in close collaboration with the Marketing and Communication team.
• School Relations: Developing targeted partnerships with schools and representing SpinPart at student forums (both physical and virtual).

Cross-functional HR Tasks:

• Training & Qualiopi: Monitoring the skills development plan and actively participating in maintaining the Qualiopi certification.
• Continuous Improvement & HR Projects: Optimizing and structuring internal HR processes, with an openness to various topics based on your interests and the team's needs.

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of studies (Bac+5 in Business School or University with an HR specialization).
• Seeking a final year internship with the possibility of converting it into a permanent contract upon completion.
• Previous experience in recruitment (internship, apprenticeship, or other experience), ideally in the consulting sector, is a plus.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is simple and quick:

• An HR interview via video call.
• An interview with our HR Manager at the office.
• An interview with one of our partners.

The integration process lasts 8 months with stages at D+1, D+15, M+4, and M+8. During the first 15 days, you will be accompanied by your Manager and also by a Buddy (reference consultant) and you will meet all the key people in the organization as part of a Red Thread.
