Join Dassault Systèmes as a Digital Learning Intern in Vélizy-Villacoublay, France, to create innovative educational content and interactive learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the conception and realization of original and engaging learning experiences: Creation of interactive digital modules and educational games based on gamification fully integrated into our learning paths.
• Creation of other sales support materials in various formats to enrich and develop the knowledge of teams on the technical subjects we cover (e.g., conversational AI).
• Contribution to pedagogical innovation through the digital tools at our disposal.

Requirements

• Contribution to the creation of educational games (both in-person and online).
• Creation of interactive videos using artificial intelligence technologies and avatars.
• Digitalization of existing games.
• Curious mindset with a particular interest in new technologies. You love to think outside the box but also know how to follow the processes we need to industrialize our production workflow?
• Enjoy interacting with international teams, easily adapt to new situations.
• Seek challenges and new ways to address them.
• Team spirit and the understanding that by combining our efforts, we will be stronger.

Skills Required

• Fluent English
• Excellent French
• Ability to design learning content while keeping user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) in mind.
• Ability to apply best practices and use available technologies to generate innovative learning content.
• Ability to write educational texts, audio scripts, and create effective videos using various, innovative, and engaging pedagogical tools to enhance engagement and promote skill development.
• Project management: necessity to organize and manage the end-to-end production of programs involving different stakeholders before creating the learning part itself.
• Ability to prototype/test the work done to propose new solutions if necessary, and contribute to the improvement of the source content.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.

Tools Used

• Articulate 360 (SCORM)
• Camtasia and other video creation tools for creating videos integrating voiceover and avatars (Synthesia)
• Methods and tools based on augmented and virtual reality

Nice to Have

• Design software such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Vector drawing software like Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape
• Canva
