Join LVMH, a global leader in luxury, as an IT/Data and Commercial Law Intern for 6 months starting January 2027 in Paris, France. Engage in legal research, contract drafting, and digital law projects.

Responsibilities

• Research and Legal Monitoring: Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to privacy, technology, and commercial law.
• E-commerce Projects: Support e-commerce projects in an international context, focusing on IT law, artificial intelligence, and Web 3.0.
• Digitalization: Contribute to the digitalization efforts within the legal department.

Requirements

• Education: Étudiant(e) en master 2 Droit des Nouvelles technologies/ Droit du Numérique; ou en Droit des Affaires/Droit des Contrats.
• Experience: Première expérience significative dans un cabinet d'avocats et/ou au sein d'une Direction Juridique à dimension internationale.
• Skills: Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en communication orale, capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, gestion de plusieurs dossiers simultanément, esprit d'équipe.
• Languages: Parler couramment anglais et maîtriser l'usage du pack Office.
