Product preparation departments are the heart of LPP. We design clothing, accessories, and interior items, analyze trends, and collaborate with suppliers from Poland and around the world. We ensure our collections are unique and meet customer needs.

Daily tasks include working with fabrics, materials from fashion shows, and inspirational boards. Most decisions are made as a team during meetings where projects and sample models are evaluated. This department also negotiates order terms with suppliers, prepares purchase plans, analyzes competition, and monitors the market. Each team is responsible for a specific type of assortment while ensuring collections are cohesive and aligned with the latest trends.

What You Will Do

• Support the design team in ongoing tasks, assisting designers in daily activities, from preparing materials to organizing collection elements, and providing creative and technical support.
• Participate in collection reviews, learn about the team's work, the process of discussing projects, and making decisions about the final shape of the collections.
• Carry out your own projects under the supervision of experienced designers, propose your own solutions, and develop your skills with the support of the team and continuous feedback.
• Prepare technical documentation in graphic programs (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator), creating product descriptions that are a key element of the production process.

• Students in the final years of design-related fields (e.g., clothing design, visual design, fashion design) or graduates
• Availability to work full-time in our office in Gdańsk
• Willingness to take up full-time employment in our company after completing the internship
• Interest in trends in accessories, accessories, and beauty – we are looking for someone who observes the market with curiosity, is inspired by new developments, and wants to expand their knowledge in product design for the Accessories category
• Portfolio – a sample of your work showing your style of work is crucial for us (commercial experience is not required)
• Openness to teamwork and process work – the ability to collaborate and work based on current guidelines and process assumptions is key
• Focus on development and learning – feedback is a daily part of our work, and we are looking for people who can use it to develop their skills
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level – enables work in an international environment and contact with suppliers we work with daily
• Interest in the fashion industry – openness to the real processes and pace of work on commercial collections
• Knowledge of Adobe tools (especially Illustrator) or CorelDRAW – basic proficiency in the program, enabling the execution of simple graphic tasks and learning to work with team materials
