Store Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Carretera a El Salvador, ensuring operational excellence and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team, motivating and promoting the PeYa culture daily.
• Ensure a successful onboarding experience, providing necessary tools and training.
• Design shift planning and resource allocation, maximizing efficiency and service quality.
• Supervise inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and merchandise reception with the Demand Planning team.
• Monitor the fulfillment process to optimize productivity and profitability.
• Manage P&L (maintenance, shrinkage, supplies, services) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement preventive measures against losses and ensure strict compliance with audits.
• Guarantee a safe environment, adhering to food safety, occupational health, and environmental policies.
• Utilize tools like Workday, Tableau, Looker, and GSuite for data-driven decision-making and enhancing customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience in similar roles leading teams.
• Intermediate proficiency in office management and Excel.
• Action-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships and trust. Autonomy.

Nice to Have

• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with Workday, Tableau, Looker, and GSuite.
