About the Position
Strategic Planner for Korean Cosmetic Brands（韓国コスメマーケティングプランナー）
We are seeking a Strategic Planner for Korean Cosmetic Brands to support the Japanese market entry of Korean cosmetic brands. Ideal for those who love Korean trends and want to grow in marketing.
Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct positioning and competitive analysis of Korean brands in the Japanese market.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop strategies tailored to the characteristics of client brands and create proposal materials.
- Promotion Planning: Plan SNS marketing, influencer strategies, and advertising campaigns.
- Client Coordination: Collaborate with brand representatives in Korea and the sales team in the Korean branch to drive projects.
- Report Creation and Performance Measurement: Analyze data post-implementation, propose improvements.
Requirements
必須要件
- 韓国コスメ・スキンケアに関する知識や興味関心がある方
- 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションが可能な方（韓国支社の営業チームと英語で連携）
- マーケティングやデジタル広告の基本的な知識があれば尚可
- 調査・分析や資料作成が得意な方
