Strategic Planner, US Market （US市場向けストラテジックプランナー）
Tokyo
- 北米・グローバル市場への参入戦略／ブランド戦略の立案
- 訪日米国人（インバウンド）向けの需要獲得戦略の立案
- POS・国籍別購買データを用いた訪日消費の実態分析とターゲット設計
- 市場調査・競合ベンチマークに基づくポジショニング設計
- 年間コミュニケーションプランの設計・提案
- 現地KOL／インフルエンサー起用を含むチャネル戦略の設計
- 免税店・ドラッグストア・観光地等、国内リアル接点を含むチャネル設計
- WEB CM／キャッチコピー等、クリエイティブの方向性設計
- 施策後のレポーティングとPDCA設計
Position Highlights
- **海外市場の戦略設計経験：**再現性のある市場調査〜参入戦略立案スキル
- USマーケット × インバウンドの両輪：「海外で売る」と「訪日客に売る」を同時に設計する希少なキャリア
- **独自データを使った実証：**国内小売POSの国籍別データを用いた精度高い仮説検証
- **フルファネルの経験：**認知・ブランディングから購買・獲得（EC）まで一貫対応
- **スピード成長：**マネージャー層のボリュームゾーンは27〜28歳。社内起業や海外拠点挑戦の機会も豊富
Requirements
必須要件
- 広告・マーケティング業界での企画・プランニング経験 2年以上
- 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力、または海外市場向け案件の実務経験
歓迎要件
- 北米市場を対象としたマーケティング・ブランド戦略の実務経験
- 越境EC・海外展開支援またはインバウンドマーケティングの実務経験
- 免税・観光・小売・ホスピタリティ領域での実績
- マネジメント経験／海外駐在・留学経験
