Strategic Sales Rep (Southeast/EST)

About the Position

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Rep for the Southeast/EST region to join our Sales & Account Management department, focusing on selling RRD's marketing and supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and company research to identify potential clients and points of contact.
• Engage in cold calling activities.
• Schedule and hold virtual or phone-based introduction meetings.
• Develop sales strategies to present products or solutions.
• Conduct client presentations (virtual or onsite).
• Respond to Requests for Proposal, Bid, Information, etc.
• Coordinate and transfer client and account knowledge to other Sales or Client Services team members.
• Record all touchpoints in the Customer Relationship Management System.
• Stay updated on RRD product knowledge and industry insights.
• Analyze and filter data on accounts and prospects to build an individual forecast and sales strategy.

Requirements

• Experience promoting packaging, labels (e.g., UV thermal coated, RFID labels, etc.), and supply chain solutions is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with other individuals and departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and make adjustments to meet business needs.
• B2B Sales Experience Preferred.
• Associate Degree with 2 years of Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience is preferred.

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $50,000 - $150,000. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
