🎯 Role Description

We are seeking a Data & AI Consultant with a strong technical background to join our Technology Advisory team. The selected candidate will participate in the design and implementation of data and AI solutions in cloud environments, working with multidisciplinary teams to transform data into tangible value for our clients. The focus will be on building data pipelines, data processing and modeling, implementing analytical and AI solutions, and providing technical support in digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources.
• Work with large volumes of data in cloud environments.
• Develop solutions in Python (pandas, PySpark, etc.).
• Implement processes in Databricks / Spark.
• Participate in the development and deployment of ML/AI models.
• Optimize data processes for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Apply best practices in versioning, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to technical definitions within digital transformation projects.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• University degree in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related fields (MBA desirable).
• Advanced English (C1).
• +5 years leading technology programs or digital transformations.
• +5 years working with agile methodologies.
• +3 years of deep experience in data & AI technologies.
• +1 year in BI, AI, or GenAI projects.
• Consulting experience (desirable).

Technical Knowledge

• Expertise in at least one cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and its data services.
• Expert handling of analytics/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Knowledge of data governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Purview).
• Understanding of modern data architectures, governance, and modeling.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences.

• Collaborative leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Adaptability and continuous learning in new AI and data technologies.
