  • Enterprise Technology Assessments
  • M&A Due Diligence: Tech Separation (Carve-Out) Strategy / PMI Integration
  • Portfolio Optimization
  • Technology Visioning & Future Tech
  • Cloud Strategy & Roadmap

• Tech Value, Debt Management, and Cost Takeout

  • Tech Business Management Strategy & Design
  • Service Catalog Design & Chargeback Model Design
  • IT Finance / IT Expense Analysis & Hypothesis Creation
  • FinOps Strategy & Design / FinOps Op Model Design
  • Investment Governance & Prioritization
  • Technology Funding Model
  • Value Measurement/OKR Strategy
  • Value Stream Mapping and Taxonomy
  • Cloud Cost Optimization
  • Labor Cost Optimization

• Tech Operating Model and Organizational Design for Technology

  • Enterprise Operating Model design for Tech. Services / Tech Operating Model / IT Operating Model Design / Product Operating Model
  • Operating Model for Gen AI and ML powered Tech
  • Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Design
  • Tech Workforce Strategy and Design (inc Talent, Reskilling, Productivity & Enablement) / Tech Organization Sizing and Design
  • Tech Career Model Design with Defined Competencies and Career Paths
  • Sourcing Strategy and Client Captive Strategy
  • Tech Scorecard/ Performance Metrics (OKRs aligning work to outcomes)
  • Tech Operating Model for M&A or Tech Separation (Carve-Out)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed): Engineering careers, would be preferred - MBA may be a plus.
• High proficiency of English (level C1 required)
• Consultancy background is a plus.
• Deep knowledge regarding transformative technologies (+3 years)
• Experience leading large technology programs/transformations (+5 years)
• Experience on Tech Strategy Domains (at least one of them)
• Experience on AI/Gen AI adoption (+1 years)
• Experience with Agile Methodologies for Program Management (+5 years)
