As a Strategy Manager in CEO Advisory, you will be at the heart of our business, working on complex problems with clients and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of client projects, including relationships with senior stakeholders.
Lead high-performing teams in an inclusive and collaborative manner.
Coach and mentor team members.
Structure problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most material challenges.
Communicate effectively in a structured manner with all audiences.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years’ experience in strategy consulting.
Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
Strong strategy technical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, and complex problem-solving.
First-class written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent academic records, with a Master’s degree preferred.
