About the Position
Streaming Manager (Live Studio)
We are looking for a Streaming Manager responsible for the technical quality and stability of all live casino broadcasts.
The role oversees cameras, lighting, audio, streaming hardware, and studio technical setup to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operations and a consistent, high-quality player experience.
The Streaming Manager owns the visual quality of the game stream.
Responsibilities
Live Broadcast Operations
- Ensure continuous and stable live streaming of all casino tables
- Monitor stream quality
- Detect and resolve live technical issues in real time
- Coordinate incident response during live sessions
Picture Quality & Visual Standards
- Own the overall image quality of live tables
- Control sharpness, exposure, contrast, and color accuracy
- Calibrate cameras and lighting to avoid blur, noise, and artifacts
- Prevent glare, reflections, shadows, and overexposure
- Maintain consistent visual appearance across all tables
- Optimize stream clarity under different shift and environment conditions
- Work with providers’ visual certification requirements
- Perform regular visual quality audits and adjustments
Cameras & Video Systems
- Configure and maintain professional camera systems
- Adjust framing, focus, exposure, and white balance per table setup
- Troubleshoot signal loss, flickering, overheating, and sync problems
- Work with multi-camera environments
Lighting & Studio Environment
- Configure studio lighting for optimal card readability and player visibility
- Adjust lighting temperature, intensity, and shadows
- Maintain visual consistency across tables
Streaming Hardware & Software
- Operate and maintain encoders (hardware/software)
- Manage streaming servers and failover sources
- Maintain audio/video sync and encoding profiles
- Optimize network usage and bandwidth
Technical Infrastructure
- Coordinate with Corporate IT on networking and VLANs
- Monitor switches, cabling, and signal paths
- Work with NDI/SDI/HDMI/IP video systems
- Maintain equipment inventory and spare parts
- Participate in new table setup and studio expansion
Preventive Maintenance & Documentation
- Create setup standards for tables
- Perform routine equipment checks
- Maintain technical documentation
- Train technical operators and shift technicians
- Analyze incidents and prevent recurrence
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in
- Live streaming or live broadcast production
- Studio operations
- English language knowledge (B2 and higher)
