Job Description

• You will handle customer calls and be responsible for competent advice. Topics include health insurance, waste disposal companies, and technical support for business customers.
• You will also process inquiries via email.
• For unclear issues, you will forward the request to the appropriate expert group.
• Additionally, you will handle documentation in the system.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Enrolled student (w/m/div.) for at least 1 more year
• Personality: Strong communication skills, team player, loyal
• Work Style: Independent, customer-oriented, proficient with MS-Office
• Experience and Know-how: Technical interest, proficient with PC
• Work Schedule: Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system - especially evenings, nights, and weekends - ideally compatible with studies
• Languages: Very good German skills required, good English skills desirable
